To qualify for a refund, your items must be returned to our warehouse with their original packaging. Used and opened products are also eligible for return within the guarantee period, because we want you to feel confident trying SoluRetinol for yourself.
You have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please note that all returns must be approved by our support team before sending your items back. We cannot accept returns that arrive at our facility without prior confirmation.
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. For international orders, the same conditions apply.
Please include a note with your full name and order number inside the package. We recommend obtaining a receipt or tracking number from your post office. A photo of your tracking slip helps us verify and expedite your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after the returned product has been received and approved.
Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method used during purchase (minus the cost of return shipping, when applicable).
If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, simply follow the return process for your existing order and place a new one through our website.
